摘要
目的对胃癌术后患者进行空肠造瘘行肠内营养的护理分析。方法回顾分析我院收治的450例胃癌患者的临床资料。分析肠外营养和肠内营养对患者的不同影响,对术后的排气排便时间,血红蛋白,外周淋巴细胞计数和并发症的发生率进行观察分析。结果肠内营养组术后的排气排便时间均较肠外营养缩短,血红蛋白和外周淋巴细胞计数指标的恢复速度比肠外营养组要迅速。肠内营养组的术后并发症发生率明显低于肠外营养组。结论胃癌患者术后进行肠内营养助于恢复小肠功能,加速改善营养状态,降低并发症的发生率。
Objective To analysis the nursing of enteral nutrition for jejunum stoma after operation of gastric carcinoma. Methods Clinical data of 450 cases of gastric carcinoma in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The effects of parenteral and enteral nutrition on patients were analyzed. The time of defecation and exhaust, hemoglobin, lymphocyte count and the incidence of complications were observed and analyzed. Results The time of defecation and exhaust in enteral nutrition group was shorter than parenteral nutrition group. The recovery rate of hemoglobin and lymphocyte count in enteral nutrition group were faster. The complications in enteral nutrition group were less. Conclusions The nursing of enteral nutrition for jejunum stoma after operation of gastric carcinoma could help recovering intestinal function, speeding the improvement of the nutrition and reducing the complications.
