On Aesthetical Modernity of Ceremony

仪式是信仰的表达形式,先天具有以"互渗律"为基础的人类想象和情感体验。人们通过感性体验将传统、习俗、宗教、道德、信仰等融入自己的生活中,从而获得对信仰的感性理解及坚定的内在根基。然而,以"分裂"、"祛魅"为特征的现代性问题的出现,却使得仪式从传统、宗教、道德、信仰等内涵中脱离出来,逐渐蜕化为仅具有审美功能的空泛形式,从而造成人们对"信仰"及"美"的狭义化解读。

Ceremony is an expression of faith full of human imagination and experience of feeling. Traditions, custom, religion, morality, faith and so on are into one＇s life to acquire emotional understanding and inner base. Modernity brings ceremony out of traditions, custom, religion, morality, faith and so on and makes them full of aesthetical function, so it is understood in a narrow sense by people.
