The essence of building beautiful China is the development of socialist ecological civilization. The development of ecological civilization is the inevitable requirement of economic structure optimization,change of economic development mode, resource saving and environment friendly development path. It＇s also the necessary condition to improve the people＇s livelihood, and the public happiness index,which is the only way that must be passed to realize scientific development.
