摘要
随着企业改革的逐渐深入,人力资源管理在企业中发挥的作用越来越重要,它直接关系着企业的生存和发展。沟通就是信息的交流与传递,在企业生产经营管理中,有效的沟通可以提高企业的综合竞争力,并且使企业更加稳固的发展。目前,油田企业在人力资源管理沟通方面还存在一定的不足,需从沟通平台与疏通渠道、人际关系冲突的协调、企业领导在沟通中的作用、企业机构和信息沟通等五方面完善沟通的措施与策略。
