浅析琼台休闲农业合作发展的有效途径

The Efficient Way for Leisure Agriculture Cooperation Between Hainan and Taiwan

发展休闲农业,可推动社会主义新农村建设,促进农业生产转型升级。琼台休闲农业合作对海南现代农业发展起到了示范、带动和辐射作用。当前,影响琼台休闲农业合作的主要问题是两地政治体制差异大、合作投资环境不完善、合作支持力度小及台资引进项目规模不大等。琼台两地应加强政府间沟通与交流,对合作发展休闲农业加大扶持力度;成立琼台农业合作联盟组织,开展农业合作交流活动;设立琼台休闲农业合作园区;改善合作投资环境,以逐渐实现海南农业转型升级,推动海南国际旅游岛的建设。

To develop leisure agriculture could boost the construction of socialism new countryside and the upgrade of the agriculture industry. Leisure agriculture cooperation between Hainan and Taiwan plays a demonstration and radiation role in driving the growth of mod- em agriculture in Hainan. However, there are some issues hindering the cooperation in terms of large political differences, the inconvenient environment for investment and cooperation, insufficient support, and small project scale introduced from Taiwan. The governments of Hainan and Taiwan should enhance communication and exchange, intensifying the support for leisure agriculture cooperation. Alliance or- ganizations for the cooperation could be built for holding exchange and cooperative events. Leisure agriculture cooperation parks could he established. And the govemment should improve the investment environment. By doing so, the agriculture industry in Hainan could be up- graded and be a part of the success story of the Hainan international tourism island.
