摘要
目前,对于高速公路服务区和物流结点问题的研究还存在很多争议,很多学者或是针对高速公路服务区或是只针对物流结点进行研究,而将二者结合起来研究的的学者却不多。合理地选择服务区物流结点的位置对于服务区的整体规划建设、提高整个高速公路系统运行效率以及推动区域经济的发展都具有十分重要的意义。在物流结点选址问题上,各种解析方法、启发式算法、多准则决策方法与仿真方法的结合,是一种必然趋势。在未来的研究中,应加强对国外有关服务区规划、建设的规范和标准在我国适用性的研究,以便修正我国的相关规范和标准。
There are controversies in the studies on establishing logistics nodes at highway service areas. Most researchers focus only on either highway service areas or logistics nodes; those integrating the two are few. To locate the logistics nodes properly is significant for making an overall plan of service areas, raising the efficiency of a highway system and even for promoting regional economic development. With respect to selecting the node locations, it is an inexorable trend to take various analytic methods, heuristic algorithms, multi-criteria decision making and simulation approaches. Future studies should stress on the applicability of foreign standards in planning and building service areas in a way that help improve the relative standards in China.
