摘要
"虚拟订单"人才培养模式,是一种以市场需求为导向,将弹性教育与敏捷制造的理念引入"订单式"人才培养模式中,按方向定制教学内容,着重培养学生的实践动手能力,是高等教育职业化发展的新模式。该模式运行机制包括:合作单位选择机制;合作教育教学机制;双师型队伍建设机制;产学研合作机制。这为高校营销专业学生培养提供了一条有效途径。
A virtual order training mode is a new development way of professionalism in higher education. Oriented by market demand, the mode focuses on training students' hands-on capacity by introducing the elastic education and the concept of Agile Manufacturing and planning the course content according to the demand of job positions. The operating mechanisms of the mode include cooperator selection mechanism, cooperative education mechanism, dual-qualified teacher team-building mechanism and university-industry collaboration mechanism. The mode is an effective approach for higher educational institutions in training students majoring in marketing.
