摘要
目的研究子宫肌瘤患者围手术期心理护理的方法与作用。方法将50例选择进行子宫切除术的患者进行随机性的分为干预组和对照组。对照组在围手术期间采用常规性的护理方式,干预组除进行常规性围手术期护理外,还将进行专业的心理健康护理干预。然后进行患者对护理的满意程度效果分析。结果干预组患者对护理的效果满意度为93.3%,而对照组仅为66.7%,二者有明显的差异,据统计学分析(P<0.05)。结论专业的心理健康干预对子宫肌瘤围手术期患者的心理质量有明显积极作用,有效的促进护理工作的开展。
Objective To study the patients with uterine myoma preoperativepsychological nursing to the method and effect of postoperative. Methods 50 cases of hysterectomy were divided into intervention group and control group.In the control group with routine nursing care, intervention group besidesroutine nursing care, will also carry out psychological nursing professional.Then the degree of satisfaction with nursing assessment. Results The patientssatisfaction on nursing intervention group was 93.3%, and 66.7% in the control group, there is significant difference, according to statistical analysis（P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Psychological nursing on patients with uterine ifbroidsoperation has a positive effect.
