摘要
目的探讨预见性护理干预对尘肺患者康复效果情况。方法分析我院收治的104例尘肺患者临床资料,依据护理措施不同进行随机分组,对照组50例和观察组54例。结果观察组尘肺患者的生活质量评分、尘肺加重频率、重复住院次数均明显优于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论预见性护理干预尘肺患者应用后可以明显的提高患者出院后的生活质量,降低患者复发率,提高患者的预后,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To approach the rehabilitation efifcacy detection of pneumoconiosis patients by predictive nursing. Method To analyze 104 cases pneumoconiosis patients in our hospital, which was to be divided into control group 50 cases and detection group 54 cases. Result The Quality of life scores, pneumoconiosis exacerbation frequency, repeated hospitalization of detection group were better than control group, P＆lt;0.05, The difference were statistical signiifcance. Conclusion The Quality of life after discharge of pneumoconiosis patients by predictive nursing was improved, the recurrence rate of patients were decreased, the prognosis was improved, which was to be used.
