摘要
目的 建立从中华眼镜蛇毒 (Najanajaatra)中大批量分离、纯化natrahagin的方法。 方法与结果 10 g眼镜蛇毒经超滤去除小分子组分后 ,再经Heparin -SehparoseCL - 6B亲和层析及SephadexG - 15 0分子筛层析 ,获得 91mgnatrahagin ,产率为0 91% ;SDS -PAGE显示natrahagin呈单一区带 ,相对分子质量约 4710 0 ,并具有水解纤维蛋白原和血小板膜糖蛋白Ib(PlateletmembraneglycoproteinIb ,GPIb)。 结论此实验成功建立的从中华眼镜蛇毒中大批量制备natrahagin的方法具有高效、简便的特点。
