利用缝匠肌改善髌骨切除后的伸膝装置

目的 利用缝匠肌加强髌骨切除术后病人的伸膝功能。方法 游离缝匠肌中、下 2 / 3段 ,止点不切断前移 ,改善髌骨切除后的伸膝装置。结果共治疗 10例 ,全部随访 ,平均随访 2年 11个月 ,伸膝肌力约增加Ⅱ级 ,能够较好完成 10～ 15°的伸膝。结论利用缝匠肌改善髌骨切除后伸膝功能的方法创新、效果确实、操作简单。
