Proximal Femoral Locking Plate for Treatment of Proximal Femoral Fractures

目的探讨股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨近端骨折。方法将2008年10月至2012年5月入住我院骨伤科的48例股骨近端骨折患者随机分为两组,观察组采用股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨近端骨折,对照组采用传统动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定治疗股骨近端骨折。比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、伤口引流量、下地时间及内固定后髋关节功能恢复情况。结果观察组与对照组相比伤口引流量、下地时间差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),锁定钢板组比DHS组术后并发症发生率小,髋关节功能恢复好,但DHS组手术时间较短、术中出血量较少,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论股骨近端锁定钢板治疗股骨近端骨折手术时间短、术中出血量少、术后并发症少、功能恢复良好,是一种较为理想的治疗手段。

Objective To explore the effect of proximal femoral locking plate for treatment of proximal femoral fractures. Methods 48 cases of femoral Department of Orthopaedics and traumatology in our hospital from 2008 October-2012 year in May admitted to the proximal fracture patients were randomly divided into two groups, observation group were treated with proximal femoral locking plate for treatment of proximal femoral fractures, the control group using the traditional dynamic hip screw （DHS） internal fixation in the treatment of proximal femoral fractures. Compared two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative bleeding, wound drainage, recovery of hip function after internal fixation time and. Results The observation group compared with the control group, wound drainage, and the time had no significant difference （P＆gt;0.05）, locking plate group than in the DHS group the incidence of postoperative complications, hip function recovered well, but the operation time of DHS group was shorter, less bleeding, two groups was statistically significant （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Proximal femoral locking plate for treatment of proximal femur of shorter operation time, less bleeding, less postoperative complications, functional recovery of fracture, which is an ideal treatment method.
