颅骨缺损合并脑积水的同期手术护理观察

目的分析总结颅骨缺损合并脑积水同期手术的护理要点,为今后的护理工作提供良好的依据。方法对我院收治颅骨缺损合并脑积水而行同期手术的15例患者的围手术期护理过程回顾性分析。结果颅骨缺损合并脑积水的同期手术护理包括手术前对患者家属的心理安抚、备皮、一般情况评估等,术后护理有观察病情,引流管护理和防止并发症等。通过积极有效护理,所有患者均安全度过手术期,头皮下引流管和脑室腹腔分流管通畅,并发症少。结论颅骨缺损合并脑积水的同期手术难度较大,对护理质量要求高。高质量的护理是保证手术成功,降低并发症和病死率的关键。

Through active and effective nursing, al patients were survived the operation period, the scalp under drainage tube and shunt patency, fewer complications. High quality care is to guarantee the successful operation, reduce the complications and mortality of key.
