纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗对呼吸机相关肺炎感染情况及远期生活质量的影响

Effect of bronchoscopy therapy on infection condition and long-term quality of life of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia infection

目的分析纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗对呼吸机相关肺炎患者感染情况及远期生活质量的影响。方法选择在本院接受呼吸机支持并出现呼吸机相关肺炎的患者作为研究对象,分别给予常规治疗的对照组及给予纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗的观察组,观察治疗后的肺部感染情况及远期生活质量。结果治疗后观察组患者的1d、3d、5d、7d感染评分(6.23±0.66)、(5.81±0.62)、(4.54±0.64)、(3.47±0.35)均明显低于对照组患者;治疗后的6个月、12个月时,观察组的生活质量评分均高对照组。结论纤维支气管镜吸痰治疗可以有效减轻呼吸机相关肺炎患者的肺部感染症状、改善远期生活质量,具有积极的临床意义。

Objective To analyze the effect of bronehoscopy therapy on infection condition and long-term quality of life of patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia infection. Methods patients with ventilator-associated pneumonia infec- tion were enrolled and randomly divided into control group given conventional treatment and observation group given bronchoscopy therapy. Then pneumonia infection condition and long-term quality of life were observed. Results 1 d,3d, 5d, 7d after treatment, CRIP score （ 6. 23 ± 0. 66,5.81 ± 0. 62,4. 54 ± 0. 64,3.47 ± 0. 35 ） of observation group were low- er than those of control group; 6 month and 12 month after treatment, quality of life scores of observation group were higher than those of control group. Conclusion bronehoscopy therapy has positive clinical significance for it can effec- tively reduce ventilator-associated pneumonia and improve the long-term quality of life.
