动画本科专业人才培养分析与对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Animation Undergraduate Talents Training

经过充分调研,我们可以发现动画人才供需矛盾的产生主要在于高校动画人才输出质量存在问题。高校动画本科专业人才培养不力的主要原因在于:专业建设投入不足、课程体系缺乏针对性、教学定位不准确、师资结构不合理等。同时,基于创意产业大发展的背景下,动画本科专业人才培养的调整策略应该是:优化课程体系和配套设施,与业界对接,采取国际化战略、差异化发展战略、联合办学战略等。

Based on investigation, this paper considers the contradiction between supply and demand of Animation talents, output quality of talents is the main problem. The main reason is, lack of professional investment; the absence of suitable remedies of Curriculum system; course positioning is inaccurate; structure of teachers is unreasonable. Moreover, on the background of cultural and creative industrial, this article illustrates training strategy adjustment： improving curricular system and auxiliary facility; convergence industrial; internationalization strategy; differentiated development strategy; alliance to run a school etc.
