摘要
以元认知策略的培养为出发点,对非英语专业大学一年级的学生进行一学期的教学实验,实验结果表明元认知策略的培训有助于提高学习者的自主学习能力,而自主学习能力的提高有助于提高他们整体的英语水平。
With meta-cognitive strategies as the training method, this paper makes one-semester's teaching experiment for Non-English major freshmen students, the experiment results show that the training of meta-cognitive strategies can improve learners' independent learning ability; and independent learning ability can improve their whole English level.
