Based on the development status of Internet finance, the factors of the rapid development of Internet finance and the self-oplimizing innovation of the commercial banks were analyzed. Several challenging issues about the innovation and development of Internet finance were raised. The outlook and some suggestions for the future development of lnternet finance were given.
