物理四联序贯疗法治疗腰椎小关节骨性关节炎的临床研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的观察并分析物理四联序贯疗法(腰椎间断牵引、中药电渗、微波治疗、红外线照射)治疗腰椎小关节骨性关节炎的疗效,为该疗法的临床应用提供依据。方法将62例腰椎小关节骨性关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组予以物理四联序贯疗法,对照组予以塞来昔布联合替扎尼定治疗。2周后进行Oswestry功能障碍指数评分(ODI),并进行疗效评价。结果与对照组比较,治疗组治疗后ODI积分明显下降(P<0.01),治疗组总有效率显著提高(P<0.05)。结论物理四联序贯疗法治疗腰椎小关节骨性关节炎有效。 Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of physical quadruple sequential therapy on lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis. Methods Sixty-two patients with lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis were randomly divided into two groups. The patients in the treatment group received physical quadruple sequential therapy while those in con-trol group received celecoxib and tizanidine therapy. The clinical efficacy was evaluated by Oswestry disability in-dex (ODI). Results Compared with those in control group ,ODI score in the treatment group was significantly de-creased after 2 weeks (P&lt;0.01).The total effective rate in the treatment group was also better than that in con-trol group (P&lt;0.05). Conclusion Physical quadruple sequential therapy is effective in the treatment of lumbar facet joint osteoarthritis.
