摘要
在大型水利水电工程建设的原位监测工作中,时有锚杆应力计应力超量程问题发生,超过量程后的测试数据的可靠性备受争议。分别对量程为210,310,400 MPa三种振弦式应力计进行了极限拉伸试验,对其超量程极限应力状态下的工作状态进行了研究。结果表明:量程范围内荷载—位移曲线呈线性,一直到锚杆应力计屈服前其测量读数是可靠的,一般荷载超过1.6~2.0倍量程范围的读数存在较大误差。
The anchor stress gauge outrange problems often happen in the in-situ monitoring work in large-scale water conservancy and hydropower project construction,and the reliability of data outrange is always be focused.Ultimate tensile test on three kinds of vibrating string stress gauge which range 210,310,400 MPa,is carried out respectively and working state under outrange ultimate stress state is studied.The results show that the curve of the load-displacement is linear within the range and the measurement readings before the anchor stress gauge yielded are reliable,but a rather big errors will occur if the load exceeds 1.6 ~ 2.0 times the measurement range.
