摘要
提出一种新型三维SMA-滚球自复位隔震支座,该新型隔震支座集合了形状记忆合金的形状记忆效应和超弹性效应、碟形弹簧的竖向减震耗能性能、滚球的水平隔震性能、凹形板的自复位性能等优点,描述了新型隔震支座的设计理论,并结合工程实例设计出一款支座,用ANSYS有限元软件模拟分析,证明了该新型隔震支座具有良好的隔震效果。
A new type of three-dimensional isolation bearing of SMA-rolling ball with ball returning system was put forward. The bearing integrates advantages inclu- ding shape memory effect and super-elasticity effect of shape memory alloy, vertical damping and energy dissipation performance of dish spring, horizontal seismic isola- tion of roiling ball and self-returning performance of concave plate etc. , the design theory of the new type of earthquake isolation bearing was described, and an isolation bearing was designed in combination with a practical engineering example. Finally, the ANSYS finite element software was used for simulation and analysis, and it shows that the new isolation bearing has good vibration isolation effect.
