β-防御素-2在感染性疾病中应用的研究进展

Application of beta-defensin-2 in infectious diseases

摘要 人体β--防御素-2(human-β-defensin-2,HBD12)是一种可诱生型小分子抗菌肽。近年来的研究表明,HBD-2不仅对普通病原微生物具有抗菌作用,还对目前日益增多的多重耐药菌具有一定的抗菌优势。HBD-2在感染、炎症中的特性使其在某些疾病的发生、发展与转归过程中起到一定的预后评估作用,并具有某种生物标记物的潜在价值。 Human β-defensin-2 (HBD-2) is an inducible small cationic antimicrobial peptide. It has been shown that HBD-2 elicits antimicrobial effects on multidrug-resistant pathogens in addition to many normal pathogens. HBD-2 also has certain effects on prognosis of some infectious diseases, furthermore,it is probably to be used as an biomarker in the occurrence and development of the infectious disease.
