巨块型胸膜孤立性纤维瘤1例 被引量：1

摘要 胸膜孤立性纤维瘤（solitaryfibroustumorsofthepleura，SFq、P）是较少见的间质细胞肿瘤。2006年，WHO最新的软组织肿瘤分类将SFTP定义为一种少见的间叶梭形细胞肿瘤，可能来源于纤维母细胞，常表现为明显的血管外皮瘤样结构，大多数为良性，典型乍长较局限，多于脏层胸膜带蒂附着．蛙层胸膜附着较少，该病临床症状、血清学检查及影像学表现均缺乏特异性，
