Chronopharmacology and chronotherapy of bronchial asthma

时辰药理学是利用药物浓度在时辰上的改变和支气管哮喘（简称哮喘）加重的生物节律同步来优化哮喘的治疗效果，从而提高药物疗效，减少药物不良反应。哮喘是一种慢性气道炎症伴可逆性气流受限。哮喘患者发作的严重程度表现出明显的昼夜差异，多有夜间哮喘加重的情况，肺功能也在夜间降低，因此有了哮喘时辰药理学与治疗学的发展。目前很多依据时辰治疗的新药物系统也发展起来，本文就哮喘的时辰药理学与时辰治疗学作一综述。

Chronopharmacology is that drug concentrations change with time and biological rhythm of bronchial asthmp, （asthma） exacerbations are synchronized to optimize the treatment of asthma, to improve drug efficacy and to minimize the undesired effect of the drug. Asthma is a chronic airway inflammation associated with airway that is reversibly limited. In patients with asthma, attacks showed the obvious circadian rhythm, symptoms generally worsen during the night and lung function reduced also at night. Therefore, with the development of chronopharmacology and chronotherapy, a lot of new drug delivery systems based on them are developed. In the current article, chronopharmacology and chronotherapy of the asthma is reviewed.
