农民工文化需求与文化福利的现状分析

Analysis of the Status Quo of the Farmer Workers' Cultural Demands and the Cultural Welfare

调查发现目前环卫农民工群体的文化需求还得不到满足,文化福利呈现缺失状态,主要表现为这个群体文化娱乐时间缺失,文化娱乐内容单调,文化娱乐空间狭小,文化娱乐器材缺乏。应该从国家加强政策支持、政府加大财政投入以及社会各界提高关注度三个层面去满足环卫农民工的文化需求,促使其最终融入城市社会。

Our survey shows that the cultural demands of famer workers （specifically city cleaners） have not been met and that their cultural welfare is inefficient due to such problems as a lack of entertainment time, boredom of entertainment contents, narrow entertainment space and shortage of entertainment equipment. It is suggested that the government formu- late some favorable policies, increase financial inputs and raise the public＇ s awareness in order to integrate city cleaners into the urban living.
