乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫术中经腋静脉分支植入静脉输液港的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫术中经腋静脉分支植入静脉输液港的应用效果。方法分析本院2011年1月~2013年1月收治的乳腺癌患者40例临床资料,依据是否植入静脉输液港进行临床分组,对照组20例和观察组20例。结果两组乳腺癌患者的术后胸壁皮瓣下引流管留置时间、腋窝引流管留置时间比较差异无统计学意义,P>0.05,观察组术后静脉炎发生率明显低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论乳腺癌腋窝淋巴结清扫术中经腋静脉分支植入静脉输液港安全、方便,提高患者生活质量,减少患者再次手术的创伤及费用。
