摘要
清洁生产是实现我国可持续发展战略的必然选择和双赢策略，有必要通过自觉的法律规制对我国的清洁生产予以推进。文章在分析我国清洁生产法律规制的基本思路的基础上，提出了对我国清洁生产立法的一些建议。
Cleaner production is the certain choice and double－ winning strategy for China to achieve the goals of sustainable development. Cleaner production should be promoted by legal regulation in China. On the basis of analyzing the basic measures to regulate cleaner production, some legislative proposals are put forward to develo p China's cleaner production.
