乳腺癌患者人表皮生长因子受体-2表达与肿块大小及淋巴结转移的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨乳腺癌患者人表皮生长因子受体-2(CerbB-2)表达与肿块大小及淋巴结转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学法(SP)检测80例乳腺癌患者CerbB-2表达情况,并分析其与肿块大小及淋巴结转移的关系。结果68%(45例)乳腺癌患者CerbB-2阳性表达,CerbB-2在肿块<2 cm组,2~5 cm组,>5 cm组阳性表达率分别为44%(8例)、59%(32例)、62%(5例)。CerbB-2阳性表达与肿块大小无关( P>0.05)。49%的乳腺癌患者有淋巴结转移,CerbB-2在淋巴结转移者中的阳性表达率为77%,CerbB-2阳性表达与淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论 CerbB-2阳性表达与肿块大小无关,CerbB-2阳性表达者易出现淋巴结转移。 Objective To explore the relationship between the expression of CerbB-2 and t tumor size , lymph node metastasis in breast cancer .Methods The expression of C-erbB2 in 80 cases with breast cancer was detected with immunohistochemical technique (SP) ,then the relationship between the expression of CerbB-2 and tumor size ,lymph node metastasis was analyzed .Results Positive expression of CerbB-2 was found in 68% cases of breast cancer .The positive rates of CerbBof CerbB-2 were 44% ,59% and 62% in three different tumor size groups ,respectively .There was no significant association between CerbB-2 expression and tumor size (P>0.05) . Lymph node metastasis was found in 49% cases of breast cancer .The positive rates of CerbB-2 were 77% in cases with lymph node metastasis .Expression of CerbB-2 was correlated with lymph node metastasis (P<0.05) .Con-clusion There was no significant association between the expression of CerbB-2 and tumor size .Lymph node me-tastasis is easy to develop in the patients of CerbB-2 positive expression .
