摘要
根据玉米秸秆、稻草等农作物秸秆资源对铡草机的性能要求,设计一款微型秸秆还田机。详细介绍微型秸秆还田机的结构、工作原理及主要部件设计思路,并对重要零部件及传动进行计算及校核。该机结构简单,工作可靠,工艺简捷,造价低,使用寿命长。
A micro straw returning machine was designed according to the performance requirements of crop straws on the hay cutter. This article makes detailed description of the machine structure, working principle and the design of its main parts, and makes calcula-tion and checking on the important parts and transmission device. The machine has the advantages of simple structure, reliable work, simple process, low cost, and long service life.
