摘要
我国每年因气候原因导致谷物来不及晒干或未达到安全水分而造成的霉变、发芽等损失占粮食产量的5%。推广应用谷物干燥机械化技术,可以及时有效防止连绵阴雨等灾害性天气给粮食收获带来的严重损失。阐述谷物干燥的重要意义和4种主要方式,分析国内外谷物干燥的发展情况,并针对存在的问题提出我国谷物干燥技术发展对策。
About 5%of grains are lost caused by mildew, germination due to climate reasons each year. The promotion and application of the mechanization technology for grain drying can effectively prevent the serious losses brought about by continuous rain and other weather disasters to the grain harvest. This article explains the significance of grain drying and 4 main methods, makes analysis of the development situation of domestic and foreign grain drying, and proposes countermeasures for the development of grain drying technology in China in light of the existing problems.
