祛瘀清热颗粒对血瘀模型家兔血液流变学的影响

Influence of Quyu Qingre Granules on Hemorrheology in Blood Stasis Model Rabbits

目的:研究祛瘀清热颗粒对血瘀模型家兔血液流变学的影响,探讨其活血化瘀功效。方法:采用家兔耳缘静脉注射高分子右旋糖酐复制家兔血瘀模型,观察祛瘀清热颗粒对家兔血液流变学各指标的影响。结果:祛瘀清热颗粒能显著降低血瘀模型家兔的全血黏度、全血还原黏度、红细胞聚集指数、红细胞电泳时间和卡松黏度等血液流变学指标。结论:祛瘀清热颗粒可显著改善血瘀模型家兔的血液流变学指标,具有良好的活血化瘀功效。

Objective：To investigate the effects of Quyu Qingre Granules on hemorrheology in blood stasis model rab- bits and to explore its effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods：The blood stasis model was reproduced by injecting macromolecule dextran into the marginal ear vein, and to observe the effects of Quyu Qingre Granules on hemorrheology properties. Results： Quyu Qingre Granules can reduce the whole blood viscosity, whole blood reducing viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, erythrocyte electrophoresis time and Casson Viscosity of blood stasis model rabbits. Conclusion：Quyu Qingre Granules can significantly improve hemorrheology properties in blood stasis model rabbits and has the effects of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
