应用补肾化痰活血法治疗多囊卵巢综合征的文献研究

BSHT Therapy of Literature Analysis for Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:从现代中医文献分析补肾化痰活血法治疗PCOS的中医证候要素分布及治疗用药规律,为PCOS中医证候诊断、用药规范化提供理论支持。方法:检索分析10年补肾化痰活血法治疗PCOS的现代中医文献91篇,建立数据库,运用统计学软件对症状、单证候、药物分别进行频数、聚类的统计分析。结果:6种高频症状,聚类出6组具有诊断意义的单证候症状组合;从统计出的高频证候中,提取9个PCOS基本证候要素;理清补肾化痰活血法治疗PCOS的高频药物及药物组成规律。

Objective： We analyzed the method of strengthening kidney, activating blood circulation and getting rid of phlegm stagnation treating PCOS by the modem literatures using this theory to treat PCOS. These evidences contribute to the diagnosis of syndrome elements and the Chinese herbs law. Methods： We reviewed 91 literatures which treated the PCOS by the strengthening kidney, activating blood circulation and getting rid of phlegm stagnation method in the last decade. We established the database and analyzed the cluster and frequency analysis of the symptoms, single symptoms, TCM medicines by statistical software. Results ： Six high - frequency symptoms, six syndromes groups to diagnose the sin- gle syndromes, nine high - frequency basic syndrome factors, the high - frequency Chinese herbs of the strengthening kid- ney, activating blood circulation and getting rid of phlegm stagnation method were found.
