摘要
综述近年来MicroRNA及相关靶基因在溃疡性结肠炎(ulcerative colitis,UC)中的研究现状。MicroRNA在UC结肠黏膜和外周血中具有特异性,可作为诊断和预后的生物学标志物;MicroRNA及其靶基因与UC发生发展密切相关,可用于揭示UC发病机制,并提出构建针灸调节UC作用机制的MicroRNA-靶基因调控网络,从基因表达与功能调控层面为针灸治疗UC作用机制提供新的思路。
This paper gave a review on the research of MicroRNAs in ulcerative colitis. MicroRNAs were specific in the UC colon mucosa and peripheral blood, which could be used as a biological marker for diagnosis and prognosis; Mi- croRNA and its target genes were closely related with the development of UC, and it was used to reveal the pathogenesis of UC. Discussed a method to construct MicroRNAs - Target Gene - Network in UC studies with acupuncture and moxi- bustion therapy, and provided new ideas to explain the mechanism from gene expression and function regulatory.
