摘要
目的:小陷胸加枳实汤有效成分提取工艺及其抗菌作用。方法:采用正交试验,HPLC分析技术及抑菌试验等对小陷胸加枳实汤有效成分的提取工艺、抑菌作用等进行研究。结果:与水配量比1∶4、提取时间1.5h、提取次数3次为较佳提取工艺条件;抑菌MIC:霉菌>125 g·L-1,大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌>62.5 g·L-1。结论:采用合煎水提取工艺提取小陷胸加枳实汤有效成分工艺的较佳条件为A1B3C3,提取物均具有一定的抗菌作用。
Objective:To optimize the extraction process and antimicrobial activities of active ingredients from Xiaox- ianxiong plus Zhishi Decoction (XXD). Methods: The orthogonal design, HPLC and the antimicrobial test Were used in vitro to investigate the extraction process and bacterium inhibitory action of active ingredients from XXD. Results: Best extraction process for raw material - water ratio was 1 : 4 ; the time required for distillation was 1.5 h and number of ex- traction was 3 times. The mold' s M1C 〉 125 g L-1. Escherichia coli' s MIC 〉 62.5 g L-1 Staphylococcus aureu' s MIC 〉 62.5 g L-1. Conclusion : The optimal condition for using the water extraction process to extract active ingredients of XXD is A1B3 C3. The extraction has certain antibacterial function.
