复方斑蝥胶囊对晚期肺癌维持治疗效果的前瞻性研究

Prospective Study on Effect of Compound Cantharis Capsule for Maintaining Treatment of Advanced Lung Cancer

目的:采用前瞻性研究对晚期肺癌患者进行随访,探讨复方斑螫胶囊的临床疗效和远期影响。方法:100例患者双盲法1∶1随机分为两组,观察组采用复方斑螫胶囊维持治疗,对照组不采用复方斑螫胶囊维持治疗,比较两组疗效、QLQ-C30生活质量,并进行随访,比较生存率。结果:观察组有效率56.000%,对照组有效率38.00%,两组有效率比较差异有统计意义(Ridit=14.641,P=0.000),观察组疗效优于对照;治疗后,观察组在躯体、社会、心理和认知维度改善与对照组相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),角色维度、疼痛、疲倦、恶心呕吐症状与对照组相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对两组患者进行随访观察,观察组1、2、3年生存率分别为56.43%、24.24%、13.45%,对照组53.44%、19.65%、9.53%,1年生存率比较差异无统计学意义(χ2=1.141,P=0.695),2年、3年生存率比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=7.278、15.336,P=0.000、0.000)。结论:复方斑螫胶囊可以改善患者疗效,提高生活质量,并能够提高患者2年、3年生存率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：Adopting prospective study to follow - up of patients with advanced lung cancer to explore the clinical curative effect and long - term effects of Compound Cantharis Capsule. Methods ： 100 patients were divided into 2 groups randomly within the double - blind method by the ration of 1 ： 1. The observation group used Compotmd Cantharis Capsule maintenance treatment and the control group did not. The curative effect and QLQ - c30 quality of life were com- pared and within the follow - up period, the survival rate was compared. Results ： The observation group＇ s effectiveness was 56.00% and the control group＇ s was 38.00%. The efficient between the two groups had statistical significance （ Ridit = 14.641, P = 0. 000）. The observation group＇ s curative effect was better than that of control. After treatment, compared with the control group, the difference in the physical, social, psychological and cognitive dimension improvement of the observation group was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05 ） while there was no statistically significant difference in the role of dimension, pain, fatigue, nausea and vomiting symptoms （ P 〉 0.05 ）. The follow - up observations lasted 3 years. Survival rates of observation group in 1, 2, 3 years were 56.43% ,24.24% and 13.45% and of control group were 53.44% , 19.65% and 9.53% and there was no statistically significant difference in 1 year survival rate comparing （x2 = 1. 141 ,P = 0. 695） and the difference in 2, 3 years survival rate comparison was statistically significant （ x2 = 7. 278, 15. 336 ,P =0.000,0.000）. Conch^ion： Compound Cantharis Capsule can improve the curative effect and the quality of life and be able to raise the survival rate of the patients with 2 and 3 years. It was worthy of clinical popularization and application.
