中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴有勃起功能障碍的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine Combined with Western Medicine in Treatment of Chronic Prostatitis with Erectile Dysfunction

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗慢性前列腺炎伴有勃起功能障碍的临床效果。方法:选择2011年1月—2012年12月收治的99例慢性前列腺炎伴有勃起功能障碍患者作为观察对象,随机分为治疗组48例和对照组51例。对照组给予常规的抗生素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上,给予六味地黄丸和金水宝联合治疗;观察两组患者治疗前后的NIH-CPSI及IIEF-5评分,并评定疗效。结果:治疗后,两组患者疼痛、排尿、生活质量评分明显降低,IIEF-5评分则升高,差异均具有显著性(P<0.05);但对照组疼痛、排尿、生活质量、IIEF-5评分改善程度明显低于治疗组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组及对照组的NIH-CPSI及IIEF-5评分均明显改善,但治疗组改善程度明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用中西医结合方式治疗慢性前列腺炎伴有勃起功能障碍患者,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction. Methods ：99 chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction pa- tients from January 2011 to December 2012 in our hospital were selected as the observation objects, and were randomly di- vided into treatment group（48 cases）and control group （51 cases）. The control group was given routine antibiotic treat- ment. On the basis of control group, the reatment group was given Liuwei Dihuang Pill and Jinshuibao therapy. Befi^re and after treatment, NIH - CPSI and fIEF - 5 were observed, and the efficacy was evaluated. Results ： After the treatment, two patients＇ pain,urination and quality of life score were decreased significantly and the IIEF -5 score was increased and the differences were significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ） ; but in the control group, miclurition pain, quality of life and improvement of IIEF -5 score were significantly lower than those of the treatment group and the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. After the treatment, NIH - CPSI and IIEF - 5 in treatment group and control group were significantly im- proved,but the treatment group was significantly better than the control group and the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P 〈 0.05 ）. The cure rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group and the difference had statistical significance （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. Conclusion ： Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medi- cine in the treatment of chronic prostatitis with erectile dysfunction has clinical efficacy and is worthy of clinical application.
