摘要
心肌造影超声心动图 是发展最快的一个新领域。新的氟碳基造影剂在血液中具有低弥散性、低溶解度和较高的声学特性,结合不断创新的超声技术,静脉注射后能使左室心肌显影、心内膜边缘清晰度增加和多普勒频谱信号增强。使超声诊断的准确性增加,这些新型造影剂还具有促进血栓溶解和靶基因治疗的应用潜力。本文慨述了MCE的临床应用现状及研究进展。
The field of my-ocardial contrast
echocardiography (MCE) is advancing at a rapid pace. New fluorocarbon-based contrast agents with low diffusivity, low solubility in blood,
and superior acoustic properties coupled with innovation in ultrasound technology have made myocardial opacification from a venous injection possible in select patients. In addition, contrast enhancement of endocardial borders and accentuation of spectral Doppler signals have increased the diagnostic yield of routine echocardiography, and potential exists for using these new agents for directed dot lysis and targeted gene therapy. This article will briefly review the recent advance and clinical application of MGE.
