6β-乙酰氧基去甲托烷对豚鼠回肠上M胆碱受体的作用

Effect of 6β-Acetoxy nortropane on M-cholinergic receptor on the isolated guinea-pig ileum

目的：研究6β-乙酰氧基去甲托烷(6β-AN)对离体回肠的收缩作用,并阐明其作用机制。方法：制备离体回肠标本，以浓度累积法制作量效关系曲线。结果：6β-AN对离体回肠呈现明显的浓度依赖性收缩，阿托品可使其收缩曲线平行右移。用6β-AN预处理回肠后，累积加入不同浓度的乙酰胆碱（Ach），6β-AN基本不影响Ach对离体回肠的浓度依赖收缩。结论：6β-AN的收缩作用主要是激动回肠上M受体所致。

Objective:This study which was conducted in vitro investigated the effect of 6β-Acetoxy nortropane (6β-AN) on M-receptor on isolated guines-pig ileum and illuminated the mechanism of its action Methods :make the isolated ileum preparation and do dose-effect relationship curve Results:6β-AN caused a concentration-dependent contraction which was compelitively antagonized by M-receptor blocker atropin. Conclusion:This study showed that the isolated ileum contraction of 6β-AN resulted mainly from activation of M-receptor on the ileum.
