各型肝病患者外周血转化生长因子α水平及其临床意义

Transforming Growth Factor Alpha Level and Its Clinic Significance in Different type of Liver Diseases

目的:为探讨转化生长因子α(TCFα)在各型肝病患者中的变化规律.方法:采用非平衡竞争性放射免疫法测定血浆中TCFα水平.结果:172例肝病患者中的TGFα含量(x±SE)分别为:急性肝炎14.19±7.30pg/ml;慢性肝炎11.28±6.84pg/ml);肝硬化代偿期8.14±5.55pg/ml;肝硬化失代偿期16.02±9.81pg/ml;原发性肝癌19.89±9.05pg/ml.各型肝病的TCFα含量与正常(6.86±0.89pg/ml)比较有显著性升高(p<0.05).肝硬化失代偿期与代偿期有显著性差异(p<0.05)结论:TCFα可能与肝病的慢性化程度相关,血清TCFα含量的增加有助于在对肝硬化进展成肝细胞癌的过程的诊断,检测TGFα含量对肝病的临床诊断和预后的估计有一定的作用.

Objective: In order to study the change of the transformin growth factor alpha(TGFα) level in different type of liver diseases. Methods: To use the method of RIA to detect the serum TGFα level. Results: 172 patients, serum TGFα level (X±SE) had been detected,TGFα level of the acute hepatitis was 14.19±7.30pg/ml, of chronic hepatitis 11 .28±6.84pg/ml ,of compensation phase of liver cirrhosis 8 .14±5 .55pg/ml,of decompensation phase of liver cirrhosis 16.02±9.81 pg/ml,and of hepatocellular carcinomas 19.89±9.05pg/ml. Each type of liver diseases was obviously higher than that of the control group (6.86±0.89pg/ml, p<0.01) , The TGFα level of decompensation phase of cirrhosis was obviously higher than that of compensation phase (p<0.05) . Conclusion: TGFα may associate with the chronic progress of liver diseases; the increase TGFα level may provide useful information for the diagnosis of hepatocellular carcinomas developing in the presence of cirrhosis. It is useful to detecting TCFα level for helping the diagnosis and determining prognosis of liver diseases.
