摘要
目的:探讨肿瘤抑制基因Pten/MMAC1/Tep1在多形性胶质母细胞瘤中的作用。方法:用免疫组化ABC法检测20例多形性胶质母细胞瘤中Pten/MMAC1/Tep1基因的表达。结果:60%(12/20)病例该基因表达丢失;40%(8/20)表达低下;无一例表达正常。
Objective:To explore the role of the tumor suppressor gene Pten/MMAC1/Tep1 on glioblastoma multiforme(GBM) Methods:20 cases of GBM were detected for expression of Pten/MMAC1/Tep1 by immunohistochemical technique (ABC method) Result:The rate for loss of the gene expression was 60% (12/20),and for lower expression of the gene was 40%(8/20) There was no one case present in normal expression of this gene Conclusion:It was suggested that abnormal expression of Pten/MMAC1/Tep1 corresponded to the occurrence of GBM
