硝苯地平与美多心安联用对老年高血压左室肥厚及左室舒张功能的影响

EFFECTS OF NIFIDIPINE WITH METOPROLOL ON LEFT VENTRICULAR HYPERTROPHY AND LEFT VENTRICULAR DIASTOLIC FUNCTION IN ELDERLY PATIENTS WITH HYPERTENTION

目的:为了探讨硝苯地平与美多心安联用其抗高血压疗效及其对左室肥厚及心功能的影响。方法:观察30例老年高血压左室肥厚患者服药前及服药后3个月,6个月血压、心率及左室肥厚、心功能的变化。结果:1治疗后3个月,6个月收缩压、舒张压均明显下降(P<0.01);2治疗后心率减慢(P<0.05);3治疗后3个月PWT、LVDd、LVCT均有明显减少(P<0.05),6个月时LVST、PWT、LVMI减少更明显(P<0.01);4A峰下降、E峰、E/A比值明显升高(P均<0.01)。结论:提示硝苯地平与美多心安联用可有效降低血压,逆转左室肥厚。

Objective:Aim to study the effects of Nifidipine combined with Metoprotol in antihypertension and reversion of left ventricular hypertrophy and improvement of left heart function Methods:Blood pressure and heartrate funtrate,left ventricular weight and the status of heart function were examined before and after three and six months in administration of Nifidipine with Metoprolol in 30 old patients with essential hypertension on left ventricular hypertophy Results:①after treatment HR,SBP and DBP significantly decreased (P<0 01 or 0 05) ②three months after treatment,PWT,LVDd and LVST significantly decreased (P<0 05) After six months PWT LVDd,LVMI significantly decreased (P<0 01) ③Peak velocity A,peak velocity E,peak velocity E/A ratio were improved (P<0 01) Conclusion:Oral administration of nifidipine combined with metoprolol could be a useful medicine in the treatment of hypertention, reversion of left ventricular hypertrophy and improvement of heart function
