摘要
目的:研究PVP方案术前诱导化疗的近、远期疗效。方法:对60例～期口腔颌面部鳞癌患者,采用PVP方案术前诱导化疗。结果:总有效率为76.7%,其中52例化疗后施行手术治疗,其3,5年生存率分别为71.2%,66.7%。
Objective:To study the short term and long term curative effect in preoperative induction chemotherapy with PVP Methods:60 cases of oral maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma in stage Ⅲ~Ⅳ were treated with PVP Result:Total effective rates was 76 7%,52 patients of whom were subsequently operated on and survival rate for 3,5 years were 71 2%,66 7% respectively Conclusion:Preoperative induction chemotherapy with PVP increases significantly survival rate
