慢性肾功能不全的超声表现及临床价值

UITRASONOGRAPHY AND CINICAL VALUE OF CHRONIC RENAL FAILURE

目的:探讨慢性肾功能不全(CRF)的超声诊断及临床价值。方法:应用百胜-AU4彩色多普勒超声诊断仪对62例CRF患者及60例正常人肾行二维及彩色多普勒检查,观察肾体积、肾皮质回声强度与厚度、肾血流灌注状况及肾动脉相关血流参数。结果:CRF肾功能不全代偿期、氮质血症期、尿毒症期的肾皮质厚度及肾动脉阻力指数较CRF肾功能正常期和正常肾组有显著性差异(P<0.05);而CRF肾功能正常期与正常肾组无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:CRF超声分型与临床分期有明确的对应关系,其中肾皮质厚度。

Objective:To study ultrasonography and clinical value of CRF Methods:62 cases CRF and 60 normal cases renal were studied with two-dimensional color doppier sonography by ESAOTE AU 4,observing renal volume,renal cortex and renal hemodynanic Resuts:The renel cortical thicknese and Renel artery RI among the CRF cases in compensatory stage,in nitremia stage,in uremia stage were significent different with normal controls (P<0 05) But there is no signficance between those of CRF in normal fuction stage and normal controls (P>0 05) Conclusion:The sonographic pattern of kidneys was related with the states of clinical measurment of renal cortical thickness and renal artery RI may be of value as reference criteria for CRF It is the key value in estimating severity of renal disease,directing treatment and judging progress
