摘要
目的:对埃及伊蚊监测效果作出评价。方法:在旧发生区分别采用诱卵器诱测、面上定期检查及定期检查从疫区来的到港船只等3种方法进行系统监测。结果:共查诱卵器3648个次,查出白纹伊蚊阳性容器928个次,容器指数为25.44;库蚊类阳性容器156个次,容器指数为4.28。面上调查7608户次,检查积水容器15998个次,查出白纹伊蚊1280个次,容器指数为8.00;库蚊类阳性容器680个次,容器指数为4.25。检查到港船只704艘次,船上积水容器1875个次,未查出携带蚊子。3种监测方法均未查到埃及伊蚊。用诱卵器法查到的白纹伊蚊容器指数,比面上的调查高2.18倍,两者在统计学上存在显著性差异(t=5.46,P<0.01)。结论:目前对到港船只进行全面检查尚存在一定困难,坚持在旧发生区布放诱卵器及定期作好面上调查,就有可能及时发现新传入的埃及伊蚊。
Objective:The surveillance methods of Aedes aegypti was evaluated.Methods:①placing agg traps in fomer existent areas for Ae aegypti;②making regular general surveys and ③checking boats coming from infested areas.Results:We checked 3 468 egg traps altogether,of which,928 were infested with Ae.albopictus [container infested index(cii) was 25 44]and 156 were infested with Culex mosquitoes (cii was 4.28).In regular general surveys in 7 608 households,we checked 15 998 water storage containers altogether,of which,1 280 were infested with Ae.albopictus (cii was 8 00) and 680 were infested with Culex mosquitoes (cii was 4 25).As for the boats coming form infested areas,we checked 704 in all with 1 875 water storage containers on board,but did not find any mosquitoes.No Ae.aegypti was found by all these three surveillance methods.The cii obtained from egg trap method was 2 18 times higher than that from general survey method.The difference between them was very significant(t=5 46,P<0 01) Conclusion:At present,there are still some difficulties in checking all the boats coming from infested areas,but if we insist on placing egg traps in former existent areas and making regular general surveys,it is still possible for us to find the newly imported Ae aegypti,therefore,we could regard them as important surveillance measures
