农村学校文化调查:问题、原因与展望 被引量:4

摘要 任何变革都是在特定的文化背景下进行的。学校文化是一所学校的灵魂,作为一个内隐而强有力的背景因素,其成为课程改革的载体和根本依托,对课程改革有着重要的影响。问卷调查结果显示,农村学校文化的现状与新课程改革对学校文化的诉求相差甚远:学校缺乏投入课程改革的文化氛围;教师缺乏专业协作意识;教师专业自信不足;教师专业价值观亟须提高;校长领导不力;学校愿景不清晰。为顺利推进农村课程改革,必须营造开放的学校文化氛围,搭建教师合作与交流的平台,积极建构和践行学校愿景,提升农村校长的领导力。 Any change is carried out in a particular cultural context. School culture is the soul of a school. It, as an implicit and strong background element, has become the carrier and reliance of the curriculum reform, which has an impor- tant influence on the curriculum reform. The results of the questionnaire show that there is a big gap between the current situation of rural school culture and what the new curriculum reform requires : Schools lack the cultural atmosphere of cur- riculum reform; teachers lack the awareness of professional collaboration; Teachers' professional confidence is not adequate enough; teachers' professional values need to be improved; principals' leadership is poor; and school vision is not clear. In order to push forward the curriculum reform in rural areas smoothly, the school must create an open culture atmosphere, build a platform of cooperation and exchange of teachers, construct and carry out the school vision actively, and enhance the leadership of rural principals.
