摘要
随着教师实践性知识作为教师的一种知识类型逐渐获得认可,对教师实践性知识进行管理的思想也日渐浮出水面。对教师实践性知识进行管理,首先要考虑到管理的组织设计问题。实践性知识共享是教师实践性知识管理的内在意蕴,共享的前提是教师合作与对话关系的确立。教师自组织作为教师的一种组织方式,在创建教师真正合作对话关系、促进实践性知识共享方面发挥着巨大的作用。教师自组织是教师实践性知识管理的一种有效的组织方式。
Because it has been wildly acknowledged that teachers own practical knowledge, the idea that teachers' practical knowledge should be managed has come into being. If so, the organization design will have to be taken into our account. Sharing practical knowledge is the connotation of teachers' practical knowledge management, and whether teachers' practical knowledge can be shared relies on the establishment of a cooperative and dialogic relationship among teachers. As an organizational mode, teachers' self-organization will play a great role in establishing teachers' cooperative and dialogic relationship, and promoting teachers' practical knowledge sharing.
