Achieving humanistic concern of Ideological and Political Education in the army is the priority in promoting Ideological and Political Education and modernization in our army. Integrating humanistic concern into Ideological Education advances the Ideological and Political Education in the army to a higher level and a more scientific condition. This essay, basing on the humanistic construction of Marxism, proposes to lead the Ideological and Political Education in the army by humanistic concern and illustrates how to achieve the harmony of the development of officers and soldiers and the construction of the army by practicing humanistic concern of Ideological and Political Education in the army.
