航天清华一号微小卫星的创新实践 被引量:3

Hangtian Tsinghua 1 micro satellite: the innovation perspective

摘要 “航天清华一号”微小卫星的成功研制和发射 ,对提高中国经济和国防实力具有积极意义。该文分析了“航天清华一号”微小卫星从立项到发射全程中的创新实践 ,指出观念创新是其诞生的先决条件 ,机制创新是实现跨越发展的根本保证 ,自主创新是实现核心突破的关键 ,组织创新是商业运作的基本载体 。 The development and launch of Hangtian Tsinghua 1 Micro Satellite have positive impact on China's national economic and defense capacity. Innovation practices concerned are investigated from the beginning of proposal till the end of takeoff. The findings show that the innovations in the terms of mission, institution, self reliance, organization, and market entry are the core factors leading to the successful story.
