摘要
提出了一种可用于求解钢 -木组合结构温度场分布的二维轴对称火烧热响应模型 ,在该模型的有限元数值模拟中 ,对影响热响应的各种因素 :材料热物性的温度相关性 ,水蒸汽汽化潜热的处理 ,边界条件的非线性 (热辐射 ) ;木材热解、炭化吸热以及火焰温度随时间的不断变化等均进行了有效处理。试验测试结果表明 。
A two dimensional axisymmetric thermal response model for the determination of the temperature distribution in steel wood composite structure exposed to fire is presented using reasonable simplifications. The model, based on the finite element method, includes temperature dependent material properties, moisture evaporation, nonlinear boundary conditions (thermal radiation), an energy sink due to pyrolysis and charring of the wood, and variable fire exposure conditions. Agreement between measured and calculated results is good, which shows that the calculational method provides an efficient tool for predicting composite structure thermal performance for preliminary design decisions.
