摘要
在当代 ,人类已不再盲目地满足于高新技术会造福于人类 ,而谨慎地寄望伦理制约应成为克服技术负效应的内在机制。本文通过对高新技术中蕴涵的令人担忧的问题 ,指出其对传统伦理的冲击 ,进而提出传统伦理回应挑战应发生伦理尺度的变化 ,以及当代高新技术伦理的时代把握视角 。
In modern time, Humankind has not been content with the achievements of high and new technology any more. Otherwise, they cautiously hope ethics to eliminate the bad effects of hitech. By showing the worrying problems hidden in the high and new technology, the essay points out that those problems will shock the traditional ethics violently. Furthermore, the author puts forward that changes of ethics scale should take place to respond to the challenges, and that of the visual angle of modern time toward modern technology should be grasped by us in order to seek the significance of human nature in hitech time.
