摘要
分析了数控转塔冲床X-Y工作台的结构设计和传动方式,应用ANSYS软件对数控转塔冲床X-Y工作台的关键零部件进行有限元分析与计算。通过对支架的静力学分析可知,支架的最大位移量为0.0551 mm,在传动过程中对系统的影响可忽略不计,达到设计要求的精度。根据滚珠丝杠的模态分析可知,滚珠丝杠的工作频率远低于其固有频率范围,故滚珠丝杠不会发生共振现象。通过对底座横梁受力情况进行瞬态分析,得出横梁的最大位移符合工作要求。
The structure design and transmission mode of X-Y table of CNC turret punch were analyzed, and the key parts of X-Y table of CNC turret punch were analyzed and calculated based on ANSYS software of finite element analysis. The statics analysis of stents shows that the maximum displacement is 0.0551 mm, which can be neglected in the course of transmission,and attains the precision of design requirements. According to the modal analysis of ball screw, ball screw working frequency is far less than its inherent frequency range, so the ball screw resonance phenomenon does not occur. Through the transient analysis of stress distribution of base beam, the maximum displacement of beam conforms to the requirements of job.
